COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics
If you are 18 or older, you can schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment online in many locations. For a list of pop-up clinics that do not require an appointment, click here.
Only Pfizer vaccine is approved for 12 to17-year-olds. These appointments may also be made online, but must be made for a date when Pfizer vaccine is offered. Minors must bring a signed consent form or be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can legally give consent.
To book an appointment:
- Determine the where you want to get the vaccine
- If you have a brand preference, note the date(s) that brand will be given
- Click the link to the calendar for that location. Select a date that your brand preference is offered. Only available times for that date will pop up. If all appointments for that date are filled, you will not be able to select that date. NOTE: All clinics at one location will be bolded on one scheduling calendar, regardless of brand. If you want a specific brand, you must book on the date listed for that brand.
