First District offers both primary COVID vaccinations and all approved booster doses. These can booked online at the Minot office through this link, or by calling your local office. Pfizer is the only vaccine is approved for 5- to17-year-olds. Children age 11 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian who can legally give consent for vaccination. Children 12 and older may receive vaccine as long as they bring a signed consent form. People with COVID-19 symptoms or exposure should wait to be vaccinated until their isolation or quarantine period has ended.
