First District Health Unit provides support services to health care providers to address tobacco use in their patients.
Medical Provider In-service First District Health Unit tobacco cessation staff will present a 20-minute overview of the most current tobacco interventions. The in-service is presented on site at the providers location anywhere in the seven county service area, and is free of charge. NDQuits Referral Forms and Information A referral form can be printed out and faxed to NDQuits or healthcare providers can submit requests directly on the NDQuits website. Materials such as brochures, palm cards, and wallet cards can be ordered for providers to distribute to patients.
